Last week I was so excited to attend the Intrigued Experience Conference in Maryland. I got to fulfill a flower dream of mine by working closely with Katie from Ponderosa and Thyme. Let me tell you this lady knows her stuff..we flowered and danced the afternoon away!
I couldn't think of a better way to start this beautiful wednesday with the sun shining in my office window than looking back over one of my favorite weddings to date with two of my favorite people - Nicole and Gabriel. A special thanks to Vantage Point Films for the beautiful work and the amazing team of vendors from this beautiful day last November at the Winvian Resort.
Part two of Walk Through a Wedding was such a treat! What girl doesn't just love a classic Kate Spade inspiration? I'm not too sure I have words for this one, folks. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. This group of vendors at February's Walk Through a Wedding with Justin and Mary Marantz knocked it out of the park! The backdrop of the Carousel at Lighthouse Point Park was just perfect. Enjoy!

The wedding of Jim + Lori was one for the books. The weather couldn't have been more perfect and the day was a true reflection of all the hard work that we put into the planning of this wedding for the last year. Jim and Lori knew they wanted to have a wedding on the Cape because of how special it was to both of them and their relationship. After many site visits and planning trips to the Cape this beautiful wedding came to fruition on June 1st 2013. A special thank you to Jim + Lori for welcoming me into your family the past year. For letting me help plan your special day and most of be there to watch you both exchange your vows and welcome you into the world as Mr. and Mrs Jim Malerba.

While currently planning one of my all time favorite weddings that Stacie Shea Events has coming up in September at the Riverside Yacht Club I came across Heirloom Hangers and fell in LOVE. I simply had to have one of these for my bride to be and knew how magical her dress is going to look hanging on this hanger. I cannot wait to see her face when she opens this adorable little number on her wedding day!
Heirloom is the inspiration of Ashley Garmon, one of Texas’ most prominent wedding photographers. These hand-crafted hangers are the result of Garmon’s years of expertise and her realization that one of the classic, must-have wedding photographs was usually missing something critical: a dress hanger as beautiful and unique as the bride and her gown.
The hangers she has created are made entirely by hand by a team of designers in Austin, Texas. Special attention is paid to all details of the hanger, particularly the hook, which has been designed to turn in all directions (for hanging the wedding dress in various locations) and to bear the weight of the heaviest of ball gowns.
Each customer chooses from the provided hanger design and font and what specifies what they would like written on their hanger. Everything is made in Texas, and we ship worldwide. Hangers start at $75. Any additional hangers included in the order will receive a 10% discount.
Please contact shop-heirloom.com to place orders and receive more information.
This past holiday season at Stacie Shea Events was jam packed to say the least. I don't know what crazy pills I took when I thought I could finish up two weddings, have a baby and send out client and vendor gifts all before the Christmas holiday. Well leave it to a planner to get it all done and in a timely manner to say the least. Now to the point of this message and that is to rave about this husband wife team that will blow your mind with their talents. Paloma's Nest. Caroline and Jose recently relocated back to the Connecticut area so I would love to give them a warm welcome and hug their little necks. I am so excited to have you back in your home state and that much closer to all of your East Coast fans.
Bride's please check out their super talented work...!!!!
