The design and planning process at Stacie Shea Events begins with a consultation either over a fresh cup of coffee or a glass of your favorite wine. We love to get to connect with our clients from start to finish so this meeting gives us the information on who you two are as a couple, where you met, how you want your guest experience to be, and most importantly what you want to create on your wedding day.
No event begins without establishing clear guidelines and direction. We believe that all parties involved in planning a wedding must be on the same page in regards to how you want to spend your investment and every one knows what is and isn’t important to you and your wedding vision.
We create color palettes, displays of texture and a complete design vision that you can source throughout the entire planning process. This design plan will be a key resource that we provide to all your vendors in the event planning process so that they too are on board with your vision and goals for your event.
Stacie works closely with your vision, goals, budget and design plan to help you plan your perfect event. We will be there for you during each step of picking the perfect vendor team to flawlessly execute your event.
We execute each event we plan and design with a timeline that includes transportation, hair and makeup, set up and tear down, and every detail you could never imagine that goes into helping you have that flawless event.
